Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our Eastman, GA team. You will provide patient-centered, 1:1 home care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families in their home.

Experience in home health or geriatrics is preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, tuition discounts, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice and residence.
• One year of nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
