Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive pay: $75,000 to $88,000

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Make referrals to other disciplines as needed and document rationale for not doing so
- Promote patient health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures, helping patients learn self-care techniques
- Supervise LPNs and HHAs
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
- Communicate patient progress to the clinical team regularly
- Plan and provide staff education
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and services as assigned
- Engage in clinical development and continuing education
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN; less than 1 year requires approval from VP Clinical
- Current RN license for the state(s) of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
Note: If less than 6 months of clinical experience, participation in the RN Intern program is required. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills.
