Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive pay: $75,000 to $88,000

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans
• Make referrals to other disciplines as needed and document rationale for not doing so
• Promote patient health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures, helping patients learn self-care techniques
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate patient progress to the clinical team regularly
• Plan and provide staff education
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and services as assigned
• Engage in clinical development and continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN; less than 1 year requires approval from VP Clinical
• Current RN license for the state(s) of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance

Note: If less than 6 months of clinical experience, participation in the RN Intern program is required. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills.
