Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity within a LTAC setting.

Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to critically ill patients, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, monitoring progress, administering treatments, and educating patients and families while adhering to policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
