Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC seeks experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC role at ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah to care for high-acuity patients.

You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate families to support long-term recovery while complying with policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
