Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC setting, delivering life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions.

You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
