Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for ContinueCARE Hospital, a LTAC partner in Paducah, Kentucky. This direct-hire, full-time role offers the chance to care for high-acuity patients recovering from complex medical conditions in a specialized LTAC setting.

Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans, monitor progress, administer medications, and educate patients and families toward long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Active KY license or compact-state RN licensure.

• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care
