ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted LTAC partners. This role focuses on delivering high-acuity patient care and supporting life-changing outcomes.

The position requires collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, adherence to policies and standards, and patient/family education.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
