Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our LTAC partners. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans.

Ideal candidates have an Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state, 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS; ACLS within 90 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
