Job summary

Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time LTAC opportunity. You will care for critically ill patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans focused on recovery and long-term health outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state, 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS with ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications
