ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our LTAC team in a direct hire, full-time role.

You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, and educate patients and families while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team‑oriented mindset.
