Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct-hire, full-time role in Kentucky. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients in an LTAC setting and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

This role requires an active KY or compact-state RN license, at least 1 year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS (ACLS within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
