Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time role in Kentucky LTAC settings. You will provide direct nursing care to high-acuity patients and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, administering medications, educating patients and families, and upholding strict regulatory and safety standards. Competitive salary, benefits, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
