Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner in Kentucky.

You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients and work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans. The role requires an active KY license or compact state, 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and BLS; ACLS is expected within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
