Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. Join a specialized team delivering life-changing care to high-acuity patients recovering from complex conditions.

You will provide direct nursing care, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, educate families, and ensure compliance with all guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgement and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-disciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:
