ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time role in Paducah, Kentucky. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, team-oriented approach.
