Job Summary

The RN is responsible for providing individualized nursing care, collaborating with residents, families, and colleagues, and practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, care coordination, and possibly serving as charge nurse, delegating tasks within scope and competence.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate license if in an NLC state. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
