Job summary

Christus Health in San Angelo, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support IDD Services. The RN will conduct assessments, implement care plans, and coordinate with physicians and external centers to ensure consistent medical information.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• One year of RN experience with the population served.

Location: San Angelo, TX. Salary: $73,000k. Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (on call every 5 weeks).

Role

• Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
• Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff to ensure the effective implementation of all related services
• Provide input regarding health care services to be included in each individual’s service plan
• Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
• Travel between multiple locations to provide support and be accessible to staff at all locations.
