Christus Health in San Angelo, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support IDD Services. The RN will conduct assessments, implement care plans, and coordinate with physicians and external centers to ensure consistent medical information.

Travel between multiple locations to support staff is required. The schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with on-call every five weeks. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), PTO, and wellness resources.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• One year of RN experience with the population served.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and implement health care plans.
• Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information.
• Provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and staff training for service implementation.
• Provide input regarding health care services in each individual’s service plan.
• Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed.
• Travel between multiple locations to support staff at all locations.
