RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring an RN for a facility-based crisis/non-hospital detox setting in North Carolina. The role provides oversight and nursing care to voluntary patients with behavioral health or substance use needs, with an average stay of 5–7 days.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and shift differential for overnight/weekend hours, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Day shift is 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with various shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ADN.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience, behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor clients using current nursing assessment skills.
• Respond to crises promptly within behavioral health and substance use treatment.
• Comply with Controlled Substances policy and maintain inventories/logs.
• Complete QA activities and participate in QA processes.
• Communicate effectively with the team.
