Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced RN to join a facility-based crisis care team. You will provide oversight and general nursing care in a non-hospital detox setting, performing assessments, monitoring patients, and responding to crises.

Day shift 7:00 am–7:00 pm and Night shift 7:00 pm–7:00 am with 24/7 coverage. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401(k), Payactiv, training opportunities, and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates Degree in Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience preferred; behavioral health experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor clients using nursing assessment skills in a crisis setting.
• Respond to crises in a timely manner and provide non-hospital detox care.
• Monitor medications for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and participate in QA activities.
• Maintain compliance with policies and provide compassionate patient care.
