1103 Team Member Services in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Eligible clinicians can earn salary increases up to 20% through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, development, and advancement criteria, with participation voluntary and adjustments guided by program rules.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, create and revise care plans, administer medications safely, educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and document outcomes

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological and psychosocial factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and outcomes.
