Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
Administer medications and treatments safely following physician orders and hospital protocols.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
Document patient information, care activities, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
