Atrium Health Lake Norman is seeking a registered nurse to join our collaborative, patient-centered Med Surg team. The RN will provide direct, patient care, apply the nursing process, and support evidence-based practices to improve outcomes and safety for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities include ongoing assessment, care planning, treatment implementation, and documenting in the electronic health record. Must hold an active RN license and BLS; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• BLS certification required.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where providing care.

Responsabilités

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
