Position Summary

Responsible for delivering person‑centered care in a 40‑bed skilled nursing facility, preserving residents’ dignity and quality of life.

Essential Functions

• Perform nursing services, including resident assessments, vital sign documentation, medication administration, and treatments.
• Maintain timely documentation of written and verbal reports.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical personnel as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility) per the Resident Care Plan.
• Participate in required in‑service training and education sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Expected Hours

• Regular long hours, frequent night and weekend work.

Travel

Education and Experience Requirements

• Four‑year college or university degree desired.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
• Two years of experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
