Job Overview
As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person‑centered care based on the needs and interests of residents while preserving their dignity and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional and restorative nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, medication administration, and treatments.
- Maintain timely documentation of written and verbal reports.
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and medical personnel as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility) following their Care Plan.
- Participate in and attend all required in‑service training and education sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Expected Hours
- Active position requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.
- Lift or carry up to 50 lbs.; push up to 250 lbs. independently.
- Use proper body mechanics when assisting residents.
- Long hours, frequent night and weekend work.
Travel: No travel expected; occasional travel may be required for training, continuing education, or emergency situations.
Education and Experience
- Four‑year college or university degree desired.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
- Two years of experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Meet or exceed attendance and punctuality standards.
- Use electronic records and related software.
- Understand and follow directions.
- Work with minimal supervision.
