Job Overview

As the Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person‑centered care based on the needs and interests of residents while preserving their dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Perform professional and restorative nursing services including resident assessments, vital signs, medication administration, and treatments.
  • Maintain timely documentation of written and verbal reports.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and medical personnel as needed.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, mobility) following their Care Plan.
  • Participate in and attend all required in‑service training and education sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Expected Hours

Education and Experience
