Monroe Health & Rehab Center in the United States seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise staff in a SNF setting. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and proficiency with electronic health records.

Flexible pay options and a generous benefits package accompany a weekend shift schedule (7:00p–7:00a and 11:00p–7:00a). Wages range from $42.00 to $46.00 per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies; maintain infection control measures.
