Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Willing to commit to a 3-year term.
• Able to work 30+ hours per week and 7:00p-7:00a shifts.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain quality care.
