Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH, is hiring RNs for a brand-new short-term rehabilitation unit. Openings include RN Full Time 3-11, Part Time 11-7, and Per diem all shifts, with an every-other-weekend requirement. Salary ranges from $40.00 to $50.25 per hour, based on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH nursing license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts including 2nd/3rd and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide Comprehensive Care to residents per CCNH policies and regulations.
• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans in coordination with supervisors/physicians.
• Supervise and support LNAs and LMNAs on the assigned unit.

RN Salary Range

• $40.00 – $50.25/hr. (based on experience & shift)

Shift Differentials;

Job Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
• Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
• Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
