Job summary

Warde Campus in Windham, NH, is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor with management experience in a skilled nursing facility to join our dedicated team and help oversee weekend operations, resident care and staff coordination.

This role supervises LPNs/LNAs, conducts clinical rounds, responds to emergencies, and coordinates care to meet residents' medical, psychosocial and personal needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current NH nursing license.
• Must be able to function independently.
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond to emergencies.
• Interact professionally with physicians, residents, families, employees, visitors and the community.
• Long term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Licensed Nursing Assistants and Licensed Medication Nursing Assistants.
• Receive and provide shift reports from/to licensed nurses and LNAs at shift start and end.
• Conduct clinical rounds on assigned unit several times during the shift.
• Recognize emergencies, assess needs, intervene and communicate with nursing supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform tasks per policies, procedures and standards of care.

We are seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor with management experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Schedule

• Hours: Every Saturday and Sunday 7:00am to 7:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of care.
• Receive and provide report from/to licensed nurses and LNAs/LMNAs at beginning and end of assigned shift.
• Conduct clinical rounds on assigned unit several times during the shift.
• Recognize emergency clinical situations, assess immediate needs, implement appropriate intervention and communicate situation to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident related care information.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses, Licensed Nursing Assistants and/or Licensed Medication Nursing Assistants
