Dawn Hill Home for Rehab & Healthcare in Bristol, RI is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Short-Term Rehabilitation Unit. You will provide compassionate care, monitor patient health, administer medications, and contribute to individualized care plans on 8-hour shifts (7AM–3PM, 3PM–11PM, 11PM–7AM).

We offer competitive hourly pay of $45–$58 with shift differentials, plus sign-on bonuses of $9,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time, along with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island or a compact/state-to-state license.
• Proof of state-mandated training or ability to complete requirements promptly.
• Vaccination required as a condition of employment per CDC guidelines.
• Background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist residents with daily activities to enhance quality of life.

• Sign on Bonus of: Full Time: $7,500

• Salary: $45-$58 per hour based on experience

• Shift Differentials.
