Offering a sign on bonus of $5,000 for full time employment in addition to differentials for weekend, evening and overnight shifts.

Starting pay is $39.90 up to $52.00 based on experience.

Prior experience may be considered when setting rate of pay.

General Summary

• Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, responsible for performing clinical and administrative duties on assigned floor.
• Supports the Nurse Manager in maintaining standards of resident care and maintaining policies and protocols to meet OBRA regulations for long term care.

Essential Job Functions

• Accepts and gives shift report.
• Communicates unit problems and needs to the Nurse Manager, RN Supervisor or LPN Charge Nurse.
• Make rounds to evaluate the status of residents and determine resource needs.
• Performs resident assessments.

Skills/Experience/Training Required

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Hampshire.
• Must be thoroughly oriented to all facility policies and agree to comply with all facility policies.
• Must attend mandatory in-services and retain registration with the State of New Hampshire.
