Enjoy top pay: $80,000-$90,000/year full-time, $48,000-$53,000 part-time, and PRN rates from $60-160/visit.

Provide personalized home care to patients post-hospital or rehab, working closely with physicians and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and aides.

Conduct patient assessments, document progress, educate on care plans, medications, and safety, and coordinate discharges.

Must have an active RN license in VA, at least 2 years of nursing experience, CPR certification, knowledge of home health regulations, reliable transportation, and compassionate communication skills.
