Aster Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Tinton Falls, NJ is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our day, evening, night, or per diem shifts. We offer competitive pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with opportunities for growth.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and coordinate care with physicians and families to support rehabilitation and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and manage resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per state regulations and physician orders.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance across the shift.
• Monitor resident progress, document clinical notes, and report changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and therapy teams to optimize outcomes.
