Riverfront Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide advanced nursing care to residents and support clinical needs on the unit. You will lead with clinical expertise and collaborate across disciplines to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure in New Jersey.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• TB screening and health checks required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Serve as a clinical role model in the delivery of advanced care.
• Direct Care & Education: Demonstrate and support advanced nursing skills utilized in direct resident care.
• Care Planning: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate complex resident care goals and clinical protocols.
• Discharge Coordination: Provide expert clinical input in developing and implementing comprehensive discharge and transition plans for residents and families.
• Unit Support: Manage the daily clinical flow of the assigned unit, ensuring a professional, evidence-based standard of care.
• Communication & Shift Handover: Conduct routine shift meetings to disseminate clinical data, establish unit protocols, and evaluate daily operational effectiveness.
• Quality & Compliance: Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities, review medical records, and ensure strict adherence to all legal, safety, health, and regulatory codes.
• Resident Advocacy: Guarantee that residents and families receive the highest quality of compassionate care, respecting individual rights and dignity.

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our facility, you will provide advanced nursing care to residents while supporting the clinical needs of the unit. You will pair strong clinical expertise with day-to-day leadership to ensure comprehensive care is seamlessly delivered. Collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team, you will help implement and evaluate specialized care programs to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care.
