Job summary

Aster Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive resident care, coordinate with physicians, families, and therapy teams, and supervise LPNs and CNAs.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a supportive leadership team focused on quality care and professional growth. Shifts: 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM; Per diem with one weekend a month.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered NJ RN license.
• Experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and manage resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per state regulations and physician orders.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, providing leadership, guidance, and support across the shift.
• Monitor resident progress, document clinical notes accurately, and report changes in status.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and therapy teams to optimize rehabilitation and long-term care outcomes.
