Job summary

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

This position can be full time, part-time, or per diem with competitive pay rates of $37.00 - $41.00 per hour. We welcome experienced RNs with a compassion for long-term care and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in TN
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Weekend and holiday shifts may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents per care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, document accurately
• Monitor health status including vital signs
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapists
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
• Support activities of daily living as needed
• Participate in care planning and family conferences
• Follow infection control and facility policies
• Educate residents and families on health management
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing nursing team in Trenton, NJ.

As a RN, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the nursing staff in delivering high quality, resident-centered care.

This position can be full time or part-time or per diem

Pay Rates:

$37.00 - $41.00 per hour

Job Requirements:

Current and active Registered Nurse License in state of TN

Previous experience in long term care is preferred

Strong clinical assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize

Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays if needed

Job Responsibilities May Include:

Provide direct patient care to residents following established care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting accurately

Monitor residents' health status including vital signs, physical and mental condition

Assist with admission, transfers and discharge procedures including resident assessments and documentation

Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists and other team members to ensure quality care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records

Support residents with activities of daily living as needed

Participate in care planning, family conferences, and resident meetings to promote person centered care

Follow infection control, safety protocols and facility policies

Educate residents and families on health management, medication use, and care procedures

Assist in training and mentoring new staff
