Plum Tree Care Center, San Jose CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for AM shift (full time) and NOC shift (part time).

The RN will supervise staff, monitor patients, administer medications, and develop care plans for long-term needs, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or RN program graduate.
• California RN license active.
• 1–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC or hospital preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Registered Nurse is to supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans for long term needs, administer medications, follow up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company’s regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, excellent customer service, teamwork and organizational skills.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience in a SNF, LTC or Hospital preferred but not required.
• Nursing Degree or a graduate of an approved RN Program.
• Current active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
