Job summary

Complete Care at La Plata is hiring a dedicated RN Registered Nurse to support residents after hospital discharge and in long-term care. You will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor health, and coordinate care with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and references.
• Strong clinical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable.
• Provide wound care and dressings; manage pain.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient changes.
• Create and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers.
• Educate residents and families on health status and care.
• Document health status and care progress meticulously.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN's and CNA's ensuring quality care/teamwork
