Job summary

Oil City Nursing and Rehab is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate care team. Typical schedules include Monday–Friday 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm, with shift differentials and opportunities for extra shifts.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, oversee LPNs and CNAs, ensure accurate documentation, administer treatments and medications, and monitor patient conditions in a supportive, professional environment focused on resident safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to provide patient care.
• Oversee LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff in procedures per orders.
• Review nurses’ notes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer treatments and medications, start IVs, and chart as required.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Maintain a kind, safe work environment and escalate concerns to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
