Oil City Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Oil City, PA. The RN will provide direct patient care to residents, administer medications, perform wound care, and manage IV therapies while developing individualized care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires an RN license in Pennsylvania, 1+ year LTC experience, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania.
• 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting.
• Current CPR certification (willingness to obtain other facility certifications).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including med administration, wound care, and IV therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to charge nurse or physician.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment.
