1. Night Shift - Full-Time: Salary $18.00 - $21.00/hour. Compensation includes a $4,000 sign-on bonus for FT/PT evening shifts and $3,000 for CNA roles on FT/PT day or night shifts.
2. Evening Shift - Full-Time: Salary $18.00 - $21.00/hour. Same bonuses as above.
3. Evening Shift - Part-Time: Salary $27.00 - $32.00/hour. Sign-on bonus of $3,000 (FT) and additional benefits.
4. Day Shift - Full-Time: Salary $15.50/hour. Position involves non-direct care activities such as passing ice, bed making, and tray passing.
5. Day Shift - Full-Time: Salary $36.00 - $43.00/hour. Sign-on bonus of $3,000 (FT) and $1,500 (PT).
6. Day & Weekends - Part-Time: Salary $14.00 - $18.00/hour. Position includes cleaning and maintenance duties.
7. Day Shift - Full-Time: Salary $15.50 - $18.00/hour. Activities Assistant role supporting recreational activities for patients.
8. PRN - Day Shift: Salary $15.50/hour. Activities Assistant role as above.

Life Care Center of Kona - Kailua-Kona, HI

1. All shifts - Full-Time: Salary $16.00 - $17.00/hour. Benefits include health, vision, dental, and up to 200 hours of paid time off.
2. All shifts - Part-Time: Salary $16.00 - $17.00/hour. Same benefits as above.
