We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and timely return to work of injured workers, acting as a liaison among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!
Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and return-to-work efforts, while acting as a communication liaison among all involved parties. While travel is frequent, a home-based office is maintained.
RN licensure preferred; or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

In accordance with legal requirements, Sedgwick provides a pay range based on jurisdiction, skill, experience, and location. For this role, the starting pay range is $78,000-$95,000 with quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, life insurance, EAP, flexible spending or HSA, and voluntary benefits.
