Qualifications

We are seeking experienced Workers' Compensation RN Field Case Manager Nurses across multiple cities to facilitate medical treatment, rehabilitation, and timely return to work of injured workers, acting as a liaison among involved parties. If you are an RN with at least 1.5 years of workers' compensation experience, please apply!

Primary Purpose of the Role

Sedgwick Field Case Managers work face-to-face with injured workers and medical providers to facilitate advocacy, progressive medical treatment, and return-to-work efforts, while acting as a communication liaison among all involved parties. While travel is frequent, a home-based office is maintained.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as a patient advocate, guiding and coordinating care for injured workers and their families.
  • Assist in recovery and autonomy through advocacy, communication, education, and resource identification.
  • Identify appropriate providers and facilities, ensuring resource use is timely and cost-effective to maximize value.
Education and Licensing

RN licensure preferred; or a bachelor’s degree in health or human services with certifications such as CCM, CDMS, or CRC. Valid driver’s license and high-speed internet are required.

In accordance with legal requirements, Sedgwick provides a pay range based on jurisdiction, skill, experience, and location. For this role, the starting pay range is $78,000-$95,000 with quarterly bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, life insurance, EAP, flexible spending or HSA, and voluntary benefits.
