Job summary

Wexford House in Kingsport, TN is seeking a compassionate RN to join our care team. You will manage nursing care for residents and supervise staff, while coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses.

• Observe residents' conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
