Full Time Schedule : 3 12 shifts, with every other weekend rotation

Day Shift: 7:00am-7:00pm, or Night Shift:7:00pm-7:00am

The Role Itself

• Assesses and plans patient care within set timeframes, documenting nursing findings according to policies.
• Supervises the shift team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality nursing care delivery.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows medication administration policies, and maintains empathy and respect in interactions.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and ensures accurate transcription and administration of physician orders.
• Communicates patient responses to the interdisciplinary team, orients patients/families to the program, and upholds patient rights.
• Monitors patients for changes in condition, follows detox protocol, and performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or hold relevant state licensure.
• RN License
• New Grad RN welcome
• Must be 21yrs or older
• Psychiatric Nurse

License:

• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
