Job summary

Complete Care - Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality clinical care within a supportive, team-focused environment on 2nd shift.

Full-Time or Part-Time openings with a $10,000 sign-on for full-time and $5,000 for part-time, plus daily pay option and comprehensive benefits.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, monitor resident conditions, and contribute to a culture that emphasizes growth and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Wisconsin.
• Strong clinical judgment and resident-focused approach.
• Experience with EMR systems and long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications/treatments, and oversee resident care plans.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition to physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs while ensuring compliance with state and clinical regulatory standards.
