Complete Care in Racine, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its clinical team on a full-time or part-time basis. NEW wages, a sign-on bonus of $8,000, and a daily pay option are offered with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN license in good standing.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, emergency response, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on clinical care and administer medications following physician orders.
• Transcribe orders to MAR/TAR and maintain electronic health records.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to promote safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Safety: Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, administering medications and treatments with 100% precision following physician orders.

• Order & EHR Management: Accurately transcribe physician orders to MAR/TAR and maintain meticulous electronic health records as a trusted RN Registered Nurse.

• Unit Supervision: Direct, lead, and mentor LPNs and CNAs on your shift to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to resident condition changes and emergencies, initiating clinical protocols and coordinating with physicians.

Qualifications for Success
