Job summary

TURN is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide operational oversight of nursing and direct client care in Fresno, CA. You will monitor physical health, administer medications when needed, and coordinate with the treatment team to support client outcomes.

Qualified candidates are licensed RNs in California, with a focus on mental health services. The role includes on-call coverage and opportunities to advance within a mission-driven organization that values compassionate, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in California is required.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance abuse services is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide injections, medication support, diagnostic reviews, case consult, crisis intervention, and targeted case management services to assist clients with basic needs and symptom management.
• Accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to organize medication coaching/delivery and integrate medication administration into treatment plans; respond to medical emergencies.
• Dispense and account for prescribed medication, assist psychiatrist in administering and evaluating prescribed medication and arrange lab work according to protocol.
• Oversee nursing policies, procedures, audits and liaison with program psychiatrist.
• Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client need.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

Sign- On Bonus will be paid out in ONE installment:

A sign-on bonus of $3,000 or $1,500 is available for qualified candidates upon successful completion of six (6) months of continuous employment in the designated program and position

• $1,500 for Part-Time
• $3,000 for Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY
