Carriage Square Rehab & Healthcare Center - St. Joseph, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. You will deliver high-level resident care and join an active, dedicated, and fun team ready to make an impact on patient care.

New to Long-Term Care? Training Provided, and SAME DAY PAY is available. Flexible hour options and competitive pay with shift differential accompany comprehensive benefits as part of our nursing team in St. Joseph, MO.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to assigned patients.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians and others with diagnostics and procedures.
• Support and educate patients and families with care instructions.
• Collaborate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and conditions.
• Document observations and responses to nursing care.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and clean environment.
• Support unit management and serve as charge nurse when assigned.
