Care Options for Kids delivers 1:1 home nursing, avoiding hospital chaos and revolving doors. You work with autonomy, making a real difference in families’ lives, supported by a Director of Nursing who is always reachable.

In this role, you will provide one-to-one nursing care in clients' homes, follow the plan of care, and collaborate with the clinical team while adhering to policies. We offer PPE, 24/7 support and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person) required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsabilités
