Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one nursing care in patients' homes. You will be supported by a clinical team and work directly with families to follow the plan of care, with autonomy and professional respect.

We offer competitive $30.00 - $37.00 per hour pay, 24/7 clinical resources, PTO, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a family-centered home-care setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or Multistate license.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
• Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse.
• Following the plan of care.
• Following all clinical and office policies.
